Refer a Friend
Internet Atlantic loves referrals and the people who refer us!
If you’re a Customer of Internet Atlantic and refer a friend, both you and your friend will each receive a $50 credit. This credit will be applied after your friend completes their sign-up, installation, and their third payment is processed. To protect against early cancellations, the $50 credit will be distributed as a monthly credit of $4.17 on your bill for 12 months, starting from the fourth month. Please note that if either you or your friend cancels their service before the completion of the 12-month period, the remaining credit will be cancelled.

Here is our “Not Very” Fine Print:
- Eligibility: To participate in the referral program, the person or business you refer must NOT be (a) a current subscriber of our internet service, or (b) a previous subscriber who cancelled services within the last six months and had originally signed up under a referral.
- Referral Reward: Both you, the Referring Party, and your Referred Customer (a friend or family member) will each receive a $50 credit. This credit will be distributed as a monthly credit of $4.17 on your bill for 12 months, starting from the fourth month after the Referred Customer’s third payment is processed. Please note that if either party cancels their service before the 12-month period is completed, the remaining credit will be cancelled.
- Referral Process: To refer a friend or family member, customers must submit their referral’s name, email address, and phone number through our online referral form. The referred customer must sign up for our internet service within 30 days of receiving the referral.
- Limitations: Customers may refer up to 5 friends or family members per calendar year. Referred customers must be new subscribers to our internet service and cannot have previously been customers.
- Payment of Rewards: Referral rewards and referred customer rewards will be credited to the customer’s account within 120 days of the referred customer signing up for our internet service.
- Termination of the Program: We reserve the right to terminate the referral program at any time without notice.
- Changes to Terms and Conditions: We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of the referral program at any time without notice.
- Fraudulent Activity: We reserve the right to withhold rewards or terminate a customer’s participation in the referral program if we suspect fraudulent activity or violation of the terms and conditions.
